This is a chicken patty/nugget production line that will soon be sent to Indonesia.

This production line mainly consists of a chicken nugget  forming machine, a beating machine, a battering machine, a frying machine, and an air cooling machine.
Firstly, the marinated meat paste is formed into the shape required by the customer through a forming machine.

At the same time, the customer prepared the slurry according to their own production receipt .The slurry  is  stirred repeatedly through using a beater to obtain a better texture.

The prepared slurry will enter the battering immersion machine through the pump of the beating machine.

At this point, the chicken nugget  from the forming machine will be evenly coated with a layer of slurry through the battering immersion machine, and then transported to the breading machine thriugh the conveyor belt.

The breading machine coates the chicken nugget with a layer of bran by sprinkling on top and sticking on bottom.

After breading, the chicken nugget will be sent to the frying machine through a conveyor belt.

The frying machine can evenly control the frying temperature and time to ensure the shaping of the product.

After frying, the products are transported by a conveyor belt into an air cooler for cooling.

Finally, packaging can be done according to the customer's own style.


The entire process requires very little labor, greatly saving labor costs and effectively improving production efficiency.
