    5.Powdering-Tunnel Flouring Machinie

    Materials enter the tunnel via conveyor belts. Powder is evenly coated with pre-coated or blended powder through pneumatic or mechanical spraying systems, assisted by vibrating screens to enhance material penetration. Excess powder is recycled through a closed-loop system. The product coating process ensures uniform distribution of both pre-coated and surface-dusted powders across the material as it moves along the conveyor mesh belt. This method is particularly suitable for food products requiring regular shapes or high flatness specifications.
