Product Description
The drum type flouring coating machine coats the surface of the product with a uniform layer of powder through the rotation of the roller, increasing the amount of powder on the product and producing a scaly appearance. It is suitable for coating block materials (bread crumbs) such as chicken popcorn, salted crispy chicken pieces, small crispy pork, fish pieces, etc.
Raw materials are fed into the drum through a powder-covered feeder to prevent loss of slurry. The powder returned by the drum is vibrated and screened to remove agglomerated particles, which are then dragged back to the input end by a bottom conveyor belt.
